You should have received a letter notifying you that UScellular®, along with the entire global cellular industry, is retiring its 3G network. So, we’re writing today about nationwide industry changes that will affect your 3G device. To ensure you continue to have uninterrupted service, we promised to send you a FREE phone, with no plan change required and no activation fee.
By now, you should have received your new phone. To activate it, simply dial 800-450-0429 from another phone or visit your local UScellular store before July 29, 2022. Associates are standing by to help you transfer your contacts and data and ensure a smooth transition.

Until you activate your new device, we will keep service running to your current 3G phone. But remember — your 3G phone will lose functionality outside of our network area and you will eventually have to upgrade to enjoy uninterrupted service. We recommend activating the new device as soon as possible.
