Log into My Account and go to Devices & Plans to view upgrade eligibility status. You can also contact us or visit us in-store for details or for help with an upgrade.
Log into My Account and go to Devices & Plans. You’ll see your eligibility status and the progress of your installment payments toward the balance on your current device.
Your upgrade eligibility depends on how much of the installment balance is left on your device.
Log into My Account and go to Devices & Plans to view your upgrade eligibility status for the line you wish to upgrade. Visit us in-store for personalized, expert assistance to complete your upgrade. You’ll turn in your phone to us, and we’ll complete an inspection. For assistance before you turn in your phone, contact us.
To find upgrade eligibility status for multiple lines on your account, log in to My Account and go to Devices & Plans. Use the "Other Lines" line selector and choose a line to see it's upgrade eligibility status. You'll need to do a separate order for each line on your account that is Upgrade Eligible.
