My Account Log In and Registration

Tips for accessing your UScellular account on line

If you have not already registered for My Account you can follow these steps to register.


My Account Registration
  • You can begin the registration process by going to UScellular.com and clicking on the Log In link in the upper right area of the window (Billed and Prepaid accounts) or you can download our App (Billed accounts only) from the App store on your mobile device and begin the registration on your mobile device.
  • Scroll down on the Log In page to find the Register link.
  • Enter your UScellular mobile number or the MEID for your device.
  • Enter your email address and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Open your email and follow the instructions in the email link to complete the registration.

Log in
  • Click here to log in to My Account. You will need the Username and Password that you set up during registration.

Forgot Username or Password
  • If you have forgotten your My Account Username or Password you can click the Forgot Username or Password link on the Log In page. Enter your mobile number and the 4 digit PIN for your account.

Using Biometrics (Facial Recognition or Fingerprint ID on your device)
  • If your device has this functionality, you can log in by entering your username and password and then opting in to save this information in the biometric feature on your device. The next time you log in using your mobile device you can use your facial recognition or fingerprint to provide the username and password to complete the login.
  • If you change your username or password while using your mobile device, you will be asked if you want to update the information stored on your device and can continue to use facial recognition or Fingerprint to login.
  • If you update your username or password on another device or outside of the App you will receive an error the next time you try to log in through the App because the username and/or password were not updated in the biometric feature. You can enter your username and password and then tap the ‘Set up Face ID (or Touch ID) login’ link to update the stored information.
