We practice a variety of safeguards to protect your personal information and have established policies and programs to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. We restrict access to your personal information to only those work groups that need to know that information to perform their job function. We do not knowingly provide customer information to companies offering cell phone records for sale. And, we train our customer care representatives not to provide account information to anyone who is not authorized to access your account.

You will receive notifications via a text message for password and email address changes; you can choose to also receive an email. Go to Profile, Notifications to change your notification preferences. Additionally, you can update settings for Refill Reminders and Low Balance Reminders. Go to Profile, Reminders to change your Reminder preferences.
Yes. Log into Prepaid My Account and click "Set Up Auto Pay", then follow the easy instructions. You will be able to set up payment from a credit card or debit card.
After logging in, go to Profile, Change Email to update your email address. Go to Profile, Change Password to update your password. An email or SMS message will be sent to you confirming the change based on your Preferences.
No. All UScellular customers receive free incoming text messages.
No problem. Just click the links on the login screen for "Forgot User Name" or "Forgot Password". You will be asked to enter your UScellular prepaid number.
