Installment Pricing gives you the freedom to upgrade to a new device before your Retail Installment Contract ends, so long as you’ve made the minimum installment payments (30 payments on a 36-month contract and 24 payments on a 30-month contract) or payoff the remaining balance of the Retail Installment Contract.

If you trade yours in online, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping kit that you can use to ship your device back to us at no charge. To ensure that you receive top value for your device, please clear any personal information and activation locks such as Find My. Package your device according to the shipping instructions that are provided with your order confirmation.
In order to ensure your new phone reaches your home safe and sound, we require someone (18+) to be present to sign for the device. You may also choose a shipping address besides your home where you, or someone you know and trust, will be available to receive and sign for the phone.
We offer a 15-Day Guarantee which allows you to return or exchange your phone if we are not the right fit for you. You will only have to pay for the service used and a small $35 restocking fee.
If not fully satisfied, simply use our pre-paid, pre-addressed return slip in your box to send it back within 15 days of your activation date.
Yes. All devices are supported with a one-year original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) warranty which covers manufacturing and electrical defects. Devices in good physical condition (no scratches, cracks, liquid damage, or other physical damage) may be eligible for repair or a replacement within one year from date of purchase.
