Understanding Late-Payment Charges:
Late-payment charges occur if a previous month's bill was not paid in full. In this event, a late-payment charge is added to the total amount due on your next bill.
Current plans are considered unlimited which charge a monthly service fee for unlimited minutes, messages, and data. If not on our unlimited plan, your plan will factor in allocated plan minutes, messages, and/or data in addition to your monthly service fee.
Additional charges such as roaming or international calling, may apply to either plan option. Additional fees typically include a one-time activation charge and installation charge.
