How to exchange an accessory you've purchased
Be Prepared For Your Store Visit With These Time-Saving Tips

Good to know:
  • Accessories must b exchanged within 15 days of purchase
  • The accessory must be in like-new condition

    Accessories are considered to be like-new condition when the accessory is in perfect working condition with no physical, cosmetic and / or liquid damage. All original packaging and manuals are intact and included


Please Note: Liquid screen protectors are not eligible for return or exchange once the packaging has been opened.

Make sure to have:
  • A valid, government-issued photo ID

    A valid photo ID is a government- or state-issued ID that is not expired and that has a clearly distinguishable photo. Including (but not limited to): driver's license, state issued identification card, passport, military ID, Personal Identity Verification (PIV), federally recognized tribal ID.

    , such as a driver's license or passport, if visiting a store
  • The accessory with its original store receipt or, if purchased online, the packing slip receipt
  • The original packaging and any manuals or items that were included
  • A form of payment, if the new accessory is of higher value than the original
