When purchasing a new device online, you will be offered Device Protection+. Call or visit a store if you decide to add Device Protection+ after completing your device purchase.
Bring With You
A valid, government-issued
photo ID
, such as a driver’s license or passport.

The device, if visiting a store, for verification of it's condition and eligibility for enrollment.
