TURN ON OR OFF ACCOUNT NOTIFICATIONS
Getting too many notifications or not enough notifications? You can change your notifications preferences in My Account.
Account notifications are sent to the contact phone number or contact email for various
activities such as:
-
Your account has been accessed
-
Your bill is available
-
A change has been made on your account
Some of these notifications are automatic and others are optional. In My Account, you can:

View a list of automatic text notifications

Add an email message to automatic notifications

Turn on optional notifications and specify text and/or email message delivery
To update your notification preferences:

Log in to My Account

From the Account menu choose Profile Settings

Expand the Notifications section
-
Expand the Automated or Optional Notifications section

Click the toggle to turn selections on or off
