  1. Can I add a No Contract connected device to an existing No Contract account?
    No Contract accounts are single line accounts. If you already have a No Contract account and you want to add a connected device, it will have to be on a separate account.
  2. Can I purchase a tablet or router on a No Contract plan?
    You can only purchase home phones, wireless modems or hotspots on No Contract plans.
  3. Can I bring my own equipment to activate one of these plans?
    Yes, you can bring your own equipment as long as it is a U.S. Cellular® approved device.
  4. Do I have to pay the Device Activation Fee on the $20 Home Phone plan if I bring my own equipment?
    Yes, the Device Activation Fee will be charged on the $20 Home Phone plan, unless you opt to pay for three (or four) months up front (depending on which device you activate).
  5. Is there a guarantee period?
    If you are not fully satisfied within the first 15 days after activation, you may take advantage of the 15-Day Service Guarantee and disconnect service by returning your device to the retail store where you purchased service. You must return your equipment in the original package. Your deposit will be refunded, but the initial activation fee is non-refundable.
