We’re excited to share an update as UScellular® and T-Mobile® continue to come together bringing you a better network, more value, and great benefits.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Currently your UScellular account, including your plan, services and support remain in place.
  • Your local UScellular store stays right where it is, ready to serve you, as always.
  • Starting in mid-November, UScellular stores will begin offering T-Mobile services to new customers.
  • Your My Account portal will remain unchanged, so you can continue to manage your account or shop digitally.
  • Behind the scenes, we’re already improving your network — expect stronger coverage and performance soon.


  • Starting December 2, 2025:
    UScellular customers will move to T-Mobile’s Terms & Conditions,
    which include:

  • No early termination fees – flexibility without penalties.
  • Transparent pricing – simple, straightforward, and free of surprises.
  • No annual service contracts – stay because you love it, not because you have to.
  • For full details, please review the updated Terms & Conditions. Continued use of your service after December 2, 2025, will mean acceptance of these terms. Your data remains protected by the UScellular Privacy Policy at this time.

  • We’re also making a few small updates to better serve you:

  • Your bill due date may shift by up to five days starting with your February bill. We’ll let you know the exact date soon.
  • Some older devices may need an update or replacement to stay connected — if that includes yours, we’ll reach out with simple options, including devices on us.
