The UScellular paperless billing terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions of your UScellular Customer Service Agreement. To the extent there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and your UScellular Customer Service Agreement, these terms will govern. By agreeing to receive paperless billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill from UScellular. It may take up to two bill cycles for this change to take effect. Once effective, UScellular will send a monthly notice to your current email listed in UScellular's records indicating that your paperless bill is ready to view. You must keep your notice email address current and contact UScellular immediately if your email address changes. UScellular does not automatically update or change your personal information and you must update or confirm any changes to your personal information, including any changes to your email address or phone number for bill notices, by visiting My Account. You agree to hold UScellular harmless for any delay or failure to deliver or receive the paperless bill notice. In the event you do not receive notification, it is your responsibility to visit My Account, check your bill, review your current email and phone number information, and notify UScellular if you did not receive your electronic bill notice.
Access to your paperless bill is through UScellular My Account. You will need to log into My Account with your username and password. It is your responsibility to protect and safeguard your username and password for My Account. You have the option to print a copy of your paperless bill from My Account if you so desire. You can access My Account from UScellular.com or the My Account Mobile App.
You may cancel paperless billing at any time and begin to receive paper billing again by visiting My Account. It may take up to two bill cycles for that change to take effect.
