These terms and conditions apply to your use of the 'My UScellular™ Business Account'. By accessing and using 'My UScellular Business Account' and completing the 'My UScellular Business Account' registration, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions of your Master Use Agreement(s) for service, and the terms and conditions of the 'My UScellular Business Account' and uscellular.com/mybusinessaccount. UScellular reserves the right to update and modify 'My UScellular Business Account' and the 'My UScellular Business Account' terms and conditions without notice.
You agree to provide UScellular with current, accurate, and complete information required for using 'My UScellular Business Account' which may include your e-mail address, name, phone number, account number, MEID, account PIN and your password and reminder question(s). You agree to notify UScellular immediately of any changes in your registration data. You are responsible for updating your e-mail address. If your e-mail address is not current you will unable to receive notices, such as account changes and order confirmation.
After you complete your 'My UScellular Business Account' registration you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s) and security information such as your login. You agree not to give your password(s) or security information to anyone. If you allow others access to your account and/or password information, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account. If you believe your password or security information has been lost or stolen, call your Business Account Manager.
UScellular reserves the right to terminate your use of 'My UScellular Business Account' if you violate any of these terms and conditions. All content of this Portal is copyrighted by UScellular. All rights are reserved. Copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, modifying or otherwise using the text, images or other content of this Portal without written permission of UScellular is prohibited. UScellular grants you the limited right to print pages of the Portal on a local printer for personal use only. You may not use any trademark or service mark appearing on this Portal without the prior written consent of UScellular or the owner of the mark. UScellular, the UScellular star logo, registered trademarks. Other trademarks appearing on this Portal are the property of their respective owners.
UScellular may send you e-mails UScellular account and services from time to time. For example, we may send you notifications about changes to your account, or an e-mail address updated. Some notifications are mandatory as a condition of your participation in 'My UScellular Business Account' and in some instances it is required by federal regulation. Notification of changes to your profile i.e.: e-mail address, user id and password, will be sent to you email. If you fail to check your e-mail or if you deactivate your specified e-mail account, you may miss important information regarding your UScellular account.
UScellular respects the privacy of our customers. By using 'My UScellular Business Account' you consent to UScellular providing your Confidential Personal Information to third party vendors, suppliers, and affiliates solely for the purposes described herein.
This Portal is provided to you "as is". UScellular and its agents do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, of the information or applications available through 'My UScellular Business Account.' UScellular does not guarantee that the Portal will be error-free, or continuously available, or that the Portal site will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Neither UScellular, nor its affiliates, directors, employees, or other representatives, are liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use 'My UScellular Business Account' or any of the materials, products, services, or applications described herein.
THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, PROGRAMS, INCOME, PROFIT, OR CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.
