WAUKESHA, WIS., March 19, 2009 – Bill Isaac has been named director of U.S. Cellular's Waukesha Customer Care Center. His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the center, which employs approximately 400 associates.

"Our commitment to providing the best customer service is what sets us apart from other wireless carriers," said Lynn Costlow, U.S. Cellular's vice president of customer service. "Our Customer Care Centers play a huge role in that, and Bill is a passionate leader for our customer service associates."

Bill has been at U.S. Cellular for more than nine years, serving most recently as the director of the Customer Care Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He began his career with U.S. Cellular as a frontline customer service representative and continued to grow within the company.

Bill replaces Sharon Stewart, who has transitioned to the director of Quality Assurance for U.S. Cellular in Knoxville, Tenn.
