You should have received a letter notifying you that UScellular®, along with the entire global cellular industry will be retiring its 3G network. To ensure you continue to have uninterrupted service, we promised to send you a FREE Home Phone (device that you connect your traditional corded or cordless phone to), with no plan change required and no activation fee.

By now, you should have received your new Home Phone. To activate it, simply dial 800-450-0429 before 11/25/2022.

If you have yet to receive your new Home Phone, please contact us promptly at 800-450-0429.

Your new Home Phone will be automatically activated on 12/01/2022, and your current device will no longer work starting on that date. However, to ensure that you experience no interruptions until then, we recommend activating the new Home Phone as soon as possible.
