  1. 1) Does U.S. Cellular® have application content guidelines?

    Yes, all U.S. Cellular content goes through an internal review process using our established content standard and guidelines. We also comply with the Cellular Telephone Industries Association (CTIA) guidelines.   2. 2) What do the policies cover?

    The U.S. Cellular Content Standard and Guidelines cover any applications including but not limited to games, ringtones, and wallpapers.

    Non-hosted U.S. Cellular content accessed through any forum would not be subject to these policies (i.e. content downloaded through BlackBerry® App World or Windows Mobile® Marketplace).

  3. 3) What content is restricted?

    The restricted U.S. Cellular carrier content is:
    Intense profanity
    Intense violence
    Graphic depiction of sexual activity or sexual behaviors
    Nudity
    Hate speech
    Graphic depiction of illegal drug use
    Any activities that are restricted by law to those 18 years of age and older, such as gambling and lotteries

    The U.S. Cellular Content Standards and Guidelines policies are established to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our customers. The suppliers of our content also use these policies to adhere to our content standards.
