  1. 1) What is the U.S. Cellular® rewards program?

    The U.S. Cellular rewards program is a truly unique program that enables us to show you how important you are to us. The program gives eligible customers points that can be used for faster equipment upgrades, free phones, accessories, tablets and more.

  2. 2) How can I become eligible for reward points?

    If you are on a qualifying rewards plan, you are already earning points. To find out which price plans are eligible and move to a qualifying plan, please visit your nearest retail location, call us at 1-888-944-9400 or browse our plans online.

  3. 3) How can I sign up for reward points?

    You are automatically enrolled once you are on a qualifying rewards plan; however, you must register for My Account to become eligible to redeem the points you've earned. Register for My Account today at

  4. 4) How can I check my rewards points balance?

    You may access your reward points balance through My Account, by calling Customer Service at 1-888-944-9400, or by visiting one of our retail locations. You may also check your points balance by dialing #REW from your U.S. Cellular phone.

  5. 5) If I do not want to be part of the rewards program how can I opt out?

    You can opt out of the program by calling Customer Service at 1-888-944-9400 or visiting a retail store near you.

  6. 6) How do I earn rewards points?

    You'll earn rewards points for doing exactly what you're doing now – being a U.S. Cellular customer on a rewards-eligible plan. Earn points each month based on the rewards plan you're on (amount varies with plan). Earn points based on the number of additional lines you have on your account.

    You'll also earn points for referring your friends and colleagues to U.S. Cellular and for attending Device Workshops.

  7. 7) How can I redeem my points?

    Redeem your reward points by logging into My Account, by calling Customer Service, or visiting your nearest store.

  8. 8) How can I use my points?

    You'll have complete control over how to use your points, so you can reward yourself with what matters to you.

    You can use points for faster phone upgrades, phones for a penny and accessories for a penny.

  9. 9) Do points expire?

    Reward points do not expire, but your account must be open and in good standing to redeem your points. U.S. Cellular reserves the right to assess a monthly administrative charge for account maintenance purposes at any time in its sole discretion, but presently has elected to waive that charge for any month in which reward points accrue.

  10. 10) What is an Administrative Fee Charge?

    The Administrative Fee Charge is a monthly administrative charge to customers for account maintenance purposes and is a way for U.S. Cellular to cover some of its costs for maintaining and administering the rewards program. At this time, U.S. Cellular waives the administrative fee on those accounts that remain active and on a rewards plan. Accounts that are cancelled, opted out, involuntarily suspended, or move to a non-rewards plan will incur a monthly administrative charge at the rate of 20% of the number of reward points or 3,500 reward points; whichever is greater. This Administrative Fee Charge is subject to change in accordance with the rewards program Terms and Conditions.

  11. 11) Can equipment purchased with points be returned?

    Yes, equipment purchased with reward points can be returned as part of the U.S. Cellular 15 Day Excellence Guarantee. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-944-9400 or visit a store near you for assistance on returning or exchanging the equipment.

  12. 12) Is my authorized user able to redeem my points?

    Yes, authorized users on your account can redeem points. If you do not want authorized user(s) to have access to your points, please call Customer Service at 1-888-944-9400 and ask that your preference be documented on your account.
