Rewards Program Changes
1) Why is the U.S. Cellular Rewards Program being phased out?
The decision to phase out the U.S. Cellular® Rewards program was made with careful consideration and input from many of our customers. This decision to phase out the Rewards program will also allow us to bring our customers more of the things that matter most to them: coverage that works across the country, a network that works better in unexpected places and a value that's better than Verizon and AT&T.
2) When does the program end?
Customers will continue to earn Rewards points through April 30, 2015, for any Rewards eligible activity, and will have the ability to redeem points until September 1, 2015. The U.S. Cellular Rewards Program will officially be discontinued on September 1, 2015
3) What will change in My Account? Can I still redeem, pay my bill, and access my point balance?
You will still be able to view your bill, pay your bill, view your Rewards point balance and redeem through September 1, 2015.
After September 1, 2015, you will no longer see your point balance or redeem points. However, you can continue to use My Account to view and pay your bill.
4) Does this change impact me?
All Rewards-eligible customers will be impacted by this change. Any points you in your Rewards account will remain available for redemption until September 1, 2015. After that date, your Rewards account will be closed and your Rewards points will expire as the program will be officially discontinued.
5) Will my bill change?
No, your price plan will not change and your monthly bill charge will not change. References to rewards that appear in the text on your bill will be removed starting in your May bill cycle.
6) What do I need to do?
You do not need to do anything. Your Rewards account will automatically be closed by U.S. Cellular on September 1, 2015. You will continue to earn Rewards points through April 30, 2015 for any eligible activity made or bills paid. If you wish to redeem your Rewards points, you have the ability to do so until the program officially ends on September 1, 2015.
1) Is it too late to sign up for the Rewards program?
Rewards-eligible customers may still register online for the U.S. Cellular Rewards Program through August 30, 2015. If you are a Rewards eligible customers, you will no longer be able to earn points under the program for any activities made or bills paid after April 30, 2015. The last day to redeem your points will be September 1, 2015, but you must register at uscellular.com/myaccount to redeem your Rewards points. The last day to register for the Rewards program will be August 30, 2015.
2) How do I register and begin using my points?
You can check if you're on a Rewards eligible plan by going to My Account. You are automatically enrolled once you are on a qualifying Rewards plan; however, you must register in My Account to become eligible to redeem the points you've earned.

After April 30, 2015, you will no longer be able to earn points under the U.S. Cellular Rewards program for any activities made or bills paid.
2) When will my points balance expire?
Any unredeemed points will expire on September 1, 2015 when the U.S. Cellular program ends.
3) What will happen to my unused points?
Any unused or unredeemed points will expire on September 1, 2015.
4) Can I transfer my points to a different account that is not under my name?
No, Rewards points are non-transferable.
5) How can I check my Rewards points balance?
You may access your Rewards point balance through My Account, by calling Customer Service at 1-888-813-1498, or by visiting one of our retail locations. You may also check your points balance by dialing #REW from your U.S. Cellular phone.
1) What happens after September 1?
Your Rewards account will be closed on September 1, 2015 when the U.S. Cellular Rewards program officially ends. You will no longer be able to collect or redeem points as the program has discontinued.
2) What are the ways I can use my points?
You can use points for faster phone upgrades, discounts on devices or accessories, waived device activation fee, and tickets to events and memorabilia. You can view the full Rewards catalog by logging into My Account.
3) Who is allowed to redeem points?
Rewards points may only be used by the account owner or their authorized users in accordance with the terms of the Rewards Program.
4) Is my authorized user able to redeem my points?
Yes, authorized users on your account can redeem points. If you do not want authorized user(s) to have access to your points, please call Customer Service at 1-888-813-1498 and ask that your preference be documented on your account.
5) How can I redeem my points?
Redeem your Rewards points by going to My Account, by calling Customer Service at 1-888-813-1498, or visiting your nearest store.
6) Can I return items that I purchased with Rewards points?
All returns and exchanges must be completed by August 15, 2015 and all sales are final after August 15, 2015.
7) Where can I track my orders?
You can track all your orders by logging in to My Account.
