For your security, please re-enter the U.S. Cellular account number that you wish to register, as well as the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number or the full Tax ID Number associated with this account.
The PIN is a sequence of numbers and letters that has been sent in a text message to a wireless device on your account. This is used to ensure that you are the owner of the device on the account you're registering.
A Tax ID Number should be entered if you used one instead of a Social Security Number when your account was initially set up. Typically, only business accounts use a Tax ID Number.
