Why is the U.S. Cellular Rewards Program being phased out?

At U.S. Cellular, we are working to meet and anticipate the needs of our customers and to provide them with the best experience. We provide national coverage and have a high-quality network, flexible plans, the latest devices and excellent customer service. We believe investing these dollars in our customer experience in different and innovative ways will provide even better value for our customers.

When did the program end?

The U.S. Cellular Rewards Program was officially discontinued on September 2, 2015, at 12:00 am CT.

What changed in My Account? Can I still redeem, pay my bill and access my point balance?

After 11:59 pm CT on September 1, 2015, you were no longer able to see your point balance or redeem points. However, you can continue to use My Account to view and pay your bill.

Does this change impact me?

All Rewards-eligible customers were impacted by this change. As of September 2, 2015, at 12:00 am CT, the Rewards program was officially discontinued. Any unredeemed points have expired and all Rewards accounts are closed. As a result — you are no longer able to use or access Rewards points.

Will my bill change?

No, your price plan will not change and your monthly bill charge will not change. References to Rewards that appear in the text on your bill were removed starting in your May bill cycle.

Is there anything I need to do now?

You do not need to do anything. Your Rewards account was automatically closed by U.S. Cellular on September 2, 2015, at 12:00 am CT.

What happens after September 1?

After September 1, your Rewards account was closed and the program was officially discontinued. Unfortunately, you are no longer able to collect or redeem points.

Can I return items that I redeemed with Rewards points?

All returns and exchanges of items redeemed with Rewards points had to be completed by August 15, 2015, and all Rewards transactions were final after August 15, 2015.

Where can I track my orders?

You can track all your orders by logging in to My Account.

Is there still a way to get the devices I want faster?

We continue to offer early upgrades through our equipment installment plans.

Can I get my points back?

Unfortunately, no. As of September 2, 2015, at 12:00 am CT, the Rewards program was officially discontinued. Any unredeemed points have expired and all Rewards accounts are closed.
