Check Your Minutes
Dial #225 from your cellular phone (this is an airtime free call). You will need the last four digits of the account holder's Social Security Number for verification purposes. Learn more about your minutes
Caller ID Blocking/Passing
One-Time Block
Block your number from appearing to the called party.
To use this, dial: *67 + 10-digit telephone number + SEND

One-Time Pass

If you have Caller ID Block permanently added to your account and want to allow your number to appear on a current call only.
To use this, dial: *82 + 10-digit telephone number + SEND
Call Forwarding
For instructions about activating Call Forwarding options in your area, call 1-888-944-9400
Call Waiting
  • To answer an incoming call and place the current call on hold, press SEND
  • To go back and forth between calls, press SEND
  • To disconnect the current call and switch to the caller on hold, press 1 + SEND
Call Waiting Block
Block this call from being interrupted by any incoming Call Waiting calls.
To use this, dial: *70 + 10-digit telephone number + SEND
Three-Way Calling
  • During conversation with current party, press SEND (A new dial tone may or may not be heard)
  • Dial third party's 10-digit telephone number and press SEND
  • Once third party answers, press SEND and all three will be connected
  • To drop third party from call and continue with original party, press SEND

No more than twenty (20) messages may be saved at one time. Time limit per message is three (3) minutes. Three-Way Calling: Initiator of a three-way call will be charged minutes for the time the call is in progress, for both calls.
