Rated 4 out of 5 by steve Good, solid, dependable phone
I just picked this phone up a week ago and really like it. It feels good and solid in your hand. I like the flip phone because you don't have to worry about pocket dialing people. The external volumes are quite loud if needed. The earpiece volume doesn't seem to have the ability to get very loud. The reception has been awesome so far. I'm receiving signals in places that I haven't been able to with past phones. The display is small, but to be expected with a flip phone. Texting also takes a bit longer, but with the T9 function it isn't terrible, unless you live on texting. Overall, a very good phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Duberts Offers a lot of good, basic features
A little hard to get to know. Quick Start Guide has minimum amount of info. Pros and Cons:
1)Pro: Good Volume and Tone Quality. Positive Response from Call Recipients.
2)Con: Battery charging port hard to connect to w/USB, especially in the dark.
3)Con: Volume Control is a little clumsy and prone to changes.
4)Con: My screen froze-up because battery came loose in compartment.
5)Con: Does not come with SD Card, so you can't move your photos until you get a memory card.
6)Con: Camera lens face screen is very unprotected and prone to scratching, dirt and damage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by lewis1 loud ringers and works everywhere
after 7 years with my Nokia it was hard to part company but it had to be done. this phone works very well for the business Im in and the work I do. The only problem I have is that after 2 weeks of use I noticed the glass screen has permanent marks from closing the phone and the screen touches the keys. went back to the us cellular store and they said it hasnt been out long enough to have any complaints about it yet, although a person at my work has the same problem. I was told to contact Kyocera and the store could do nothing. Contacted Kyocera about this matter a week ago and have heard nothing. where do we go next?
