Online Account Management 

View and pay your bills online, view minutes of use, and register additional accounts to your profile. Set up an automatic recurring deduction from your checking or savings account, or use your credit or debit card. It's convenient and secure.

 

By Phone 

Pay anytime by calling #PAY (#729) from your U.S. Cellular phone, which is always a free call, or 1-888-944-9400 from your landline phone. U.S. Cellular can debit your checking or savings account over the phone. We also accept American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® and Visa®.

At a U.S. Cellular Store 

Sometimes due dates can sneak up on the best of us. So if you need to pay your bill in person, feel free to bring it to one of our stores.* We enjoy the opportunity to connect with you in person.

Electronic Bill Payment 

If you already pay your bills online through your bank or financial institution, you can do the same with your U.S. Cellular bill. Don't use electronic banking? Visit or call your bank or financial institution to learn more.

By Mail 

This tried-and-true method works best if you allow at least seven days for your payment to travel through the mail and processing center. Be sure to include your payment stub.
