'My Account' Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the U.S. Cellular® 'My Account' Web sites. By accessing and using 'My Account' and completing the 'My Account' registration, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions of your Customer Service Agreement(s) for service, and the terms and conditions of U.S. Cellular's main Web site at www.uscellular.com. U.S. Cellular reserves the right to update and modify 'My Account' and the 'My Account' terms and conditions without notice.

You agree to provide U.S. Cellular with current, accurate, and complete information required for using 'My Account', which may include your e-mail address, name, phone number, account number, MEID, account PIN and your password and reminder question(s). You agree to notify U.S. Cellular immediately of any changes in your registration data. You are responsible for updating your e-mail address. For postpaid accounts, it is required that at least one wireless phone number on your account be enabled to accept text messages. If your e-mail address is not current or your phone number is not text messaging enabled you will not receive any notices, such as notices of account changes or notices of payment due dates. However, your payment due date or bill cycle date will remain unchanged.

After you complete your 'My Account' registration you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s) and security information such as your login and reminder question(s). You agree not to give your password(s) or security information to anyone. If you allow others access to your account and/or password information, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account. If you believe your password or security information has been lost or stolen, call us immediately at 1-888-944-9400.

All rights are reserved. Copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, modifying or otherwise using the text, images or other content of this Web site without written permission of U.S. Cellular is prohibited. U.S. Cellular grants you the limited right to print pages of the Web site on a local printer for personal use only. Notifications

U.S. Cellular may send you e-mails and/or text messages regarding your U.S. Cellular account and services from time to time. For example, we may send you notifications about changes to your account, payments made on your account or payment due dates. Some notifications are mandatory as a condition of your participation in 'My Account' and in some instances it is required by federal regulation. Notification of changes to your profile i.e.: e-mail address, user id, password, and security questions will be sent to you via text message or email. You will not be charged for incoming text messages from U.S. Cellular® regarding your online account. If you fail to check your e-mail or text messages or if you deactivate your specified e-mail account or wireless phone number, you may miss important information regarding your U.S. Cellular account.

We will use the e-mail address you provide for promotion and marketing, unless you opt out of receiving these emails. For postpaid accounts, you can opt out by changing your Notification Preferences section within 'My Account'. You may have separately elected to receive promotional e-mails from U.S. Cellular and may already be receiving promotional e-mails from U.S. Cellular. You can change your e-mail preferences for promotional e-mails by visiting the Notification Preferences in 'My Account'. For prepaid users, you can change your e-mail preferences for promotional e-mails by calling 1-888-944-9400.

Privacy

U.S. Cellular respects the privacy of our customers. Please review our Privacy Statement at www.uscellular.com which explains our policies for the collection, use and sharing of Confidential Personal Information. By using 'My Account' you consent to U.S. Cellular providing your Confidential Personal Information to third party vendors, suppliers, and affiliates solely for the purposes described herein.

U.S. Cellular and its agents do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, of the information or applications available through 'My Account'.
