You can add Device Protection+ at any point of sale or by dialing 611 from your U.S. Cellular phone***, within 30 days of activation. For your convenience, the Device Protection+ monthly charge, plus any applicable taxes, will appear as an individual line item on your U.S. Cellular bill.
You won't have extra invoices or checks to write. Your monthly charge will appear as an individual line item on your monthly U.S. Cellular bill. If you have Simple Connect Prepaid service, EZ-fill will need to be set up as your refill method to have Device Protection+.
