International Text Messaging
Receive unlimited international incoming text messages for FREE. Send unlimited outgoing text messages with our unlimited messaging package or just $0.25 per message with a pay-as-you-go plan. There are no additional charges for sending a text message internationally.
Important Instructions for Calling Mexico
When calling a wireless phone in Mexico, you must dial a "1" after the country code 52. If the "1" is not included, the call will not be processed, and a recorded message will be played to indicate the correct way to dial.

Roaming on Cruise Ships
Roaming on select cruise ships is available with all Belief Plans. Cruise Ship roaming is currently unavailable for customers on Prepaid plans.
- Rate: $2.99 per minute for calls made or received while at sea
- Texting and Data Roaming are not currently available
- Airtime, overage charges, taxes, long distance, tolls and other charges, restrictions, & limitations may apply

International Roaming
Making outgoing calls from other countries is available with all Belief Plans. Roaming internationally is currently unavailable for customers on Prepaid plans.
Mexico* and Canada
- Rates: $3 per day surcharge, plus $.99 per minute, in addition to pass-through toll charges from the foreign carrier.
- Texting and Data roaming are not currently available.
- Airtime, overage charges, taxes, long distance, and other charges, restrictions, & limitations may apply
Aruba, Bermuda, and Bahamas:
- Rate: $1.99 per minute
- Texting and Data Roaming are not currently available
- Airtime, overage charges, taxes, long distance, tolls and other charges, restrictions, & limitations may apply
Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands:
- Rates: $1.99 per minute
- Text and Data Roaming are available in these areas. Usage charges are based on your plan.
