Family Protector Privacy Statement

NQ Mobile US Inc. ("NQ Mobile") is the service provider for the U.S. Cellular Family Protector ("Family Protector") product. NQ Mobile provides this Privacy Statement to describe how we collect and handle personal information about you as a parent or legal guardian through the Family Protector website or otherwise in connection with the Family Protector product ("Protector Information"), as well as how we, on your behalf, collect and handle personal information about your child or children through the Family Protector product ("Children's Information") (collectively, Protector Information and Children's Information are "Personal Information").

I. PROTECTOR INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

Family Protector's website may be accessed without providing Protector Information. However, the use of Family Protector product and services as well as certain activities such as payment transactions may require Protector Information, including your name, address, telephone number, your Family Protector user ID ("UID"), the number, brand, device identifier, and model of your mobile phone, your username and password.

We may use your Protector Information in order to: enable you to purchase and download our products, access our services or participate in the activities you select; provide you with information related to product upgrades, customer service, newsletters, and email updates, and to further increase our customer feedback for our future products and to better receive your suggestions for the improvement of our products and services; and help us provide you with additional information that is tailored to your specific needs or interests.

II. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

Following your instructions an authorization, we may collect Children's Information about your child and your child's usage of the his/her mobile device, including your child's: mobile phone number, SMS, MMS, and E-mail; contacts; call logs, the full text of SMS/MMS/online/call conversations; location information; the mobile identification numbers such as IMSI, the IMEI, the ICCID, the ESN, and model of phone; software installed and apps operating on the phone; information about analytics on activities, favorites, network connections and downloads; website visits or attempted visits; online search terms used; screen names and your child's friends screen names; time spent online; photographs uploaded or stored on the mobile device; and time spent on social networking sites, the mobile device, and online. This Children's Information is typically gathered passively through the Family Protector software that you download onto the child's mobile device as part of the registration and activation process.

We use Children's Information for the purpose of providing comprehensive parental control services to you as the child's parent. In particular, this Children's Information is intended to help you monitor and supervise your children's mobile device activities, to enforce the rules about their mobile device activities that you deem appropriate, and to otherwise to help you protect them as appropriate given your role as their parent. We do not disclose Children's Information to third parties except with your authorization or as described in this Privacy Statement.

You have the ability as the parent to review the Children's Information about your child, to delete such data, and to direct us to no longer collect or retain such data. Please contact us as specified at the end of this Privacy Statement if you have any questions about how to exercise control over information about your child.

II. SECURITY FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We maintain reasonable security measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access or acquisition, including the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your Personal Information. You are responsible to protect the username, password, and other authentication credentials that you receive in connection with the services. NQ Mobile will not assume any responsibility for Personal Information that is disclosed due to any compromise of such authentication credentials (e.g., if you share such credentials with others intentionally or otherwise).

IV. PERSONAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURES

We may disclose to U.S. Cellular, and U.S. Cellular may receive, Personal Information collected from you and use it as described in this Privacy Statement.

We may disclose Personal Information to service providers that provide information technology or other support services to NQ Mobile. In such instances, we require the service providers by contract to maintain reasonable security measures and to only use the data to provide the relevant services to NQ Mobile. We may also disclose Personal Information where required by law or court order, to protect ours rights or interests, in connection with the sale or transfer of a portion or all of the business, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

V. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

A business subject to California Civil Code section 1798.83 is required to disclose to its customers, upon request, the identity of any other party to whom the business has disclosed "personal information" regarding that customer within the immediately preceding calendar year.

VI. WEBSITE COOKIES AND OTHER DATA COLLECTIONS

We may use cookies used on our website. A cookie is a unique text file our website sends to your browser. This helps us to personalize the webpage and/or recognize you when you are accessing our website. We also use cookies to trace your access to our website. If you do not want to accept cookies, you may change your web browser setting to refuse cookies, although such refusal may affect your ability to use certain products and/or services provided on our website. We may also collect your IP address for analytics purposes, and use network beacons on our website and in our products for analytics purposes. With respect to our website, if you are unwilling to allow such data collection which help NQ Mobile improve the Family Protector website, you may refuse such website analysis by disabling JavaScript on your computer. If you disable JavaScript, some functions on our website may not be able to operate normally. We may additionally use network beacons in promotional emails to determine whether emails have been opened and/or acted upon for analytics purposes.

VII. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Notification for changes or modification to NQ Mobile's privacy policy shall be posted on Family Protector website. If such modification involves the use of Personal Information, the notice will include instructions on how to refuse such use.

VIII. MINORS NOT ELIGIBLE TO OBTAIN SERVICES

You must be at least 18 years old to obtain an account and/or to use our products and services.
