This worry-free payment option allows you to have your account refilled automatically on a predetermined recharge date every month. It also provides the ability to utilize the payment card on file or any other card in order to place additional funds onto your account at any time during the billing cycle.

  • TrackerFlex and daily offer customers are not eligible for the automatic payment option.
  • There is a $5 minimum and a $200 maximum refill amount for all automatic payment transactions.

This is a quick and easy payment option that allows you to make a one-time account refill at any time by calling our automated service and entering your payment card information each time you call.

Note:

  • There is a $5 minimum and a $200 maximum refill amount.
  • There is a $15 minimum and a $200 maximum refill amount for all TrackerFlex offer customers.

Automated Service — Refill Card

This is a simple payment option that allows you to purchase a U.S. Cellular refill card at any participating Walmart location or at www.walmart.com and redeem the funds by dialing #ADD or 611 from your U.S. Cellular phone or call 888-944-9400.

Customer Service

This payment option allows you to replenish your account with the assistance of a Customer Service Representative by dialing #ADD or 611 from your U.S. Cellular phone or call 888-944-9400.
