Cash Refills
To refill your minutes, visit any U.S. Cellular® retail location or authorized Prepaid Wireless refill location. The in-store minimum refill is $5.00 and can be made with a credit/debit card or cash.
Auto Refills
Monthly AutoFill
You select which day of the month you would like your account refilled. The refill is automatically processed on that day every month for the amount you determine.
Balance AutoFill
Your refill is automatically processed, for the amount you request, whenever your balance falls below $10. With balance-driven Instant Refills, you don't have to worry about making refills at all, because your account will never fall below $10. Only available on our Pay-As-You-Go Plan
Anytime Instant Refill
All Instant Refill customers can refill with just one call. Dial #ADD (#233) on your cell phone and follow the prompts to complete the refill.

To set up auto refill, choose from one of these three options:

Make this free call to set up Instant Refill using your credit/debit card. Credit/debit card set up is immediate.
Retail Store
Visit any U.S. Cellular retail location to set up Instant Refill using your credit/debit card.
Customer Service
Set-up Instant Refill through Customer Service. Call 611 (always a free call from your U.S. Cellular phone) and ask our Customer Service department to set up Instant Refill using your credit/debit card. You can begin to use it immediately.
