- Loaner phones are provided free of charge to the account owner or authorized users.
- For accounts with 1 - 20 lines, bring your phone to an authorized service center. A service technician will try to fix the phone onsite. If it can't be fixed onsite, we'll send it to the national service center.
- For accounts with 20+ lines, contact your Business Account Executive or visit an authorized service center for assistance.

What Does Device Protection Cover?
Your U.S. Cellular phone or tablet, standard battery and standard charger are covered in case of theft, loss or accidental damage.
You pay $5.95 per month for the Service Contract coverage components (mechanical breakdown and accidental damage). This cost will be added to your account. There is a deductable when filling a clain for lost, stolen or damaged equipment that can only be authorized by the account owner.
In addition, yjou will be the Certificate holder on U.S. Cellular's Insurance Policy for lost and stolen coverage benefits, at no additional cost to you.
U.S. Cellular receives an administrative fee from the amount you pay each month for the Service Contract (Mechanical Breakdown and Accidental Damage coverage) components of the Program.
