With Device Protection+ you'll have peace of mind knowing your device is protected in the event of mechanical or electrical breakdown*, accidental damage – including liquid damage, loss and theft. You will also receive free next business day delivery of replacement devices on approved claims, when available. Get protected so you can stay connected.
*Mechanical and electrical breakdown coverage begins after the manufacturer's warranty expires. For Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) devices, the coverage begins upon enrollment.
We know how important your mobile devices are to your company's success. If you don't have Device Protection+ and your device needs repair, bring your device to an authorized service center and a technician will provide an estimate on the cost and length of time to repair. Businesses can receive free loaner devices if needed while the repair is in progress.
