U.S. Cellular opens retail store in Broken Arrow

New interactive features make it comfortable, customer-friendly

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – U.S. Cellular celebrated the opening of its new high-concept store in Broken Arrow during a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday, Feb. 7. The brand-new, approximately 3,743-square-foot store, located at 1434 East Hillside Drive, is designed to enhance the wireless shopping experience through innovative design and interactive technology. With the opening of this store, U.S. Cellular now has two retail locations in Broken Arrow.

The highly experiential store features interactive technology so customers can easily compare phones, features and plans. It has a lounge area for customers and U.S. Cellular associates to engage in a more comfortable shopping experience.

The new location provides a comfortable environment for associates to help customers choose the best plans and phones for their needs. Customers will be guided through the advanced features and functions on their new devices to keep them organized and enhance their lives. There is also an expanded service center with an on-site technician and additional work stations. The store features product information displays and interactive phone demonstration stations.

Customers can test out U.S. Cellular's cutting-edge 4G LTE devices that include the Apple iPhone® 5s and iPad Air. Customers in Broken Arrow enjoy faster Web browsing and quick app downloads with access to 4G LTE speeds that are up to 10 times faster than 3G.

Officials from the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce joined U.S. Cellular representatives to officially cut the ribbon to celebrate the wireless carrier's most recent investment in the area.

The Broken Arrowstore employs eight associates and is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. For more information, contact the store at (918) 254-0423.
