U.S. Cellular names new director of Tulsa Customer Care Center
TULSA, Okla. – U.S. Cellular (NYSE: USM) has named Rudel DeCastro director of the company's Customer Care Center in Tulsa. DeCastro, who will lead the center, has 16 years of call center experience, with more than nine years of wireless experience.

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Va., DeCastro came to Tulsa in 1990 to attend Oral Roberts University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in international business with an emphasis in Spanish.
DeCastro transferred to the Tulsa Customer Care Center from a U.S. Cellular care center in Bolingbrook, Ill., where he served as the director for more than five years. He led day to day operations of the center, which housed several departments, including technical support, telesales, multilingual and social media. Also, DeCastro previously held call center manager positions at TV Guide and Cingular Wireless.
